Terms and Conditions:
At Mandarin Buffet Restaurant, we offer a delightful buffet dinning experience that allows our customers to saver a wide variety for delectable dishes. To ensure transparency and fairness for all our valued patrons, we have established the following policy:
- Prices : All seated customers must pay a set price for the buffet, regardless of how much they consume. Please check on our website for our prices.
- Correct booking information: Please make sure you reserve the correct amount of guests for your table, includes numbers of kids. If incorrect numbers of seats booked, we will charge the amount of seated booked if less guests turn up or we may not always accommodate the increased numbers.
- Booking and Card Details: To secure your reservation, we require credit or debit card details at the time of booking. Your card information will be securely stored and will only be charged under specific circumstances outlined bellow. Customer without reservation may asked to pay full price upfront before seated.
- Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel your reservation, please kindly provide at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled reservation time. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a charge equal to the full buffet price per head.
- Payment Policy: After your dinning experience, promote payment is expected. Failure to pay the bill after dinner will result in the total cost being charged to the deposit care without prior notification. Please note that you will be asked to pay in advance if you don’t have reservation.
- Late Arrival Policy: We can only hold your Reservation for a maximum of 15 minutes from the scheduled reservation time. Late arrivals may result in the forfeiture of your table.
- Buffet Waste Policy: While our buffet allows unlimited servings, please be mindful of food wastage. A waste charge of £20 per head may apply in cased of excessive food wastage.
- Dining Duration: Each reservation is allocated a maximum dining time of 1 hour 45 minutes. Late arrivals will result in reduced dining time and we appreciate your understanding in this regards
- Child Discount Policy: We give Children under 1.4 meters high 50% discount on our buffet price. Kids under 3 years old is £5 charge.
- Parking Policy: We offer Free Parking on-site for up to 2 hours. Subsequent parking beyond this time limit may incur a small fee to pay (please check on the car park signs for more information). Pleas note the Car park is operating with CCTV, that we do not own the parking site and are not responsible for any parking fine!
